Travle Maps: Every Regional Version and How They Differ
Travle has 84 maps and modes. Beyond the daily world route there are 27 country maps (counties, regions or provinces), 49 US state county maps, the London boroughs and Paris arrondissements, Middle-earth, a Coast mode and a world map as it was in 1880. Each regional map is its own daily puzzle at travle.earth/ plus a short code.

Every map at a glance
Travle's own mode list has 84 entries, grouped into world modes, country maps, US state county maps, city maps and one fictional map. Each regional map is a separate daily puzzle with its own address, so you can play several a day.
Directory checked against the official Maps menu on 2 October 2026. Historical 1880 appears under both Global and Other; it is counted once. Hawaii was not listed, so it is not included among the 49 US state maps.
Ordinary regional maps ask you to connect areas, but special modes can change the task. Check the selected map’s Help instead of assuming that all border rules, ratings and hints match World. The connection guide explains why the map and challenge condition matter.

Country maps
The country maps swap countries for each country's own divisions. These maps reward knowledge of internal borders. In GeoWizard's recorded game on the Scottish council areas, he leaned heavily on the hints.

Which map to try first
- New to Travle: start with the daily world route and the beginner's guide.
- Know your own country well: play its map. Locals have a real edge on internal borders.
- Want something short: the city maps have few regions, so routes are quick.
- Want a challenge: try the 1880 world, where today's borders mislead you, or a county map of a state you have never visited.
