Does the Channel Tunnel Connect the UK and France in Travle?

Yes. Travle counts the Channel Tunnel as a United Kingdom–France connection. You can use that link in an ordinary World route even though the countries are separated by water.

What to enter

If the connected chain has reached United Kingdom and your route continues through France, enter France and press Guess. You do not type “Channel Tunnel”: it explains why the country-to-country link is allowed.

For a repeatable example, open Ireland → Germany in official Practice. Enter United Kingdom first, then France. Keep the mode Normal and exclusions empty.

Ireland to Germany is connected through United Kingdom and France; both intermediate guesses have green checks in Travle Practice.

The tested result

Our English Practice attempt on 2 October 2026 gave ✅ for both intermediate countries. The result reported 2 guesses, with a shortest solution of 2.

The English Travle Practice result reports Ireland to Germany in two guesses and offers Play Again below the shortest-solution count.
The result confirms two guesses; Play Again lets you repeat the route. DLEWiki capture · Official Travle · English interface · 2 October 2026 Open official source ↗

The completed route establishes that the link works in this configuration; the official connection explanation identifies the tunnel as its reason. A ferry route or a visually narrow sea gap is not equivalent evidence of a Travle link.

If France is gray

France entered before the UK is useful but still disconnected from Ireland. Add the missing United Kingdom guess. Do not repeat France or assume the tunnel is disabled. If your puzzle imposes an exclusion or a Coast/Weekly condition, check it separately: this World Practice test does not validate every mode.
