Travle Says “Country Already Guessed”: How Do I Fix the Route?
Do not submit the country again. It is already recorded, even if gray on the map. Find the missing country between your connected chain and that guess.

What happened when we repeated France
In English World Practice on 2 October 2026, we set Ireland → Germany and submitted France. France received a green square in history but stayed gray on the map. Submitting France again returned Country already guessed: France.

The history still contained one accepted guess and the counter remained Guess (2/?). The duplicate did not add another France or connect the route.
The next move is United Kingdom
France needs a connection back to Ireland through the UK. Submit United Kingdom instead. In our completed France-first replay, that finished the puzzle in two guesses, matching the minimum.

This is why changing spelling or repeating a recognized country cannot repair a gray chain. The problem is adjacency, not whether the entry was saved.
Use the same check in your own game
Open the previous guesses and confirm that the country is listed. Trace from the supplied start to the first disconnected area, then look for an unguessed linking country. If the names appear complete, check exclusions and special connection rules such as Kaliningrad.
Keep your full history when comparing feedback: a useful guess entered early can be disconnected, and a later guess's rating depends on what you have already submitted.
